Your Mental Health Matters: Together, We Can Make a Difference
As part of ongoing efforts to promote mental health and psychosocial well-being and foster a resilient, supportive community, JASMAR Organization for Humanitarian Security participated in the World Mental Health Day activities in Kassala State, as part of the initiatives led by the Kassala Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Technical Working Group.
This year’s World Mental Health Day is being observed under the theme “Real Voices, Real Expressions, Real Experiences — Our Participation Makes a Difference.”
The event commenced at Kassala Psychiatric and Neurological Hospital, bringing together a wide range of participants, including representatives of national and international organizations, community-based initiatives, and partners working in mental health and psychosocial support across the state.
At JASMAR Organization for Humanitarian Security, we firmly believe that “There is no health without mental health.” We reaffirm our commitment to continued collaboration and direct engagement with all partners to provide mental health and psychosocial support services to the most vulnerable groups, while working to build a community that embraces, supports, and drives positive change.
Let us all be a source of support and a lasting beacon of hope for those around us!
