This project focuses on promoting gender equality and addressing Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in the Alalgaya, Jouri, Alkashafa, and Alredise areas of White Nile State. The project involves a series of activities aimed at raising awareness, building capacity, and providing essential support services, including:Preparatory meetings for the establishment of a referral pathway mechanism in Alredise.Training on GBV prevention/response and referral pathways, targeting 40 members of the RP committee in Alkashafa and Alredise.16 awareness sessions (4 sessions per location - Alredise, Alalgaya, Jouri, Alkashafa) on issues related to GBV, women's rights, leadership, gender, and Reproductive Health (RH).Training and capacity building on referral pathways, GBV case identification, management, and psychosocial support.This project is supported by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), with an estimated budget of 278,442.15 Sudanese Pounds
