Community Security and Stabilization Project (C2SP) – Alagaya Area, White Nile State

This project is part of ongoing efforts to enhance community security and support stabilization in the Alagaya area of White Nile State. It aims to empower local communities and improve livelihoods through the implementation of a range of targeted activities, including:Capacity building and registration of the Community Management Committee (CMC).Selection and grouping of 200 beneficiaries in the field of agricultural extension.Formation and training of a community-based Agricultural Committee.Provision of agricultural inputs, including seeds, insecticides, and fertilizers.Delivery of training on peacebuilding and social cohesion.Training on the operation and maintenance of agricultural tractors.Training on the operation and maintenance of water pumps.This project is implemented with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), in collaboration with the Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Commission (DDRC), under the DDR (Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration) Program, with an estimated budget of 424,930 Sudanese Pounds (SDG).
